How do you ensure plants arrive healthy?
We use custom-engineered packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage during transit. Every plant is inspected for health and hydrated immediately before shipping.
What is your shipping policy for live plants?
We ship via major carriers to the contiguous United States. To prevent plants from sitting in transit over weekends, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your plant's journey.
Do you offer care instructions for the plants I purchase?
Every order includes a digital or printed care guide specific to the species you purchased, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences.
